“ Before his appearance at the mall, Mr. Wilson was honored during a VIP brunch held at the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce, receiving honorary badges from the Scranton Police Department, the Lackawanna County Detective’s Office and, of course, the Lackawanna County Sheriff’s Deparment, for which Dwight was a one-time volunteer deputy.
